1991 to Present The Phares Company - Vice President, Principal and Stockholder.
Responsible for the underwriting, origination and closing of all market rate HUD
insured mortgages. Also established and is involved in the mortgage servicing
operation. Completed HUD Multifamily Accelerated Processing (MAP) training in
Atlanta June 16, 2000.
1986 - 1991 Phares Builders Inc. dba The Phares Company - Owner of a small
company specializing in construction of custom and speculative single and
multifamily projects in central and northern Kentucky.
1983 - 1986 McDevitt and Street Company - On site Project Manager for North
Carolina based construction company. Projects included a 202-bed hospital,
medical office building, 23-story high rise office building and modifications to
prestressed concrete parking structure.
1983 Hardaway Construction Company - Assistant Project Manager for Tennessee
based construction company. Performed estimating services for small to medium
size commercial construction projects.
