Consulting Division
The consulting arm of The Phares Company specializes in financing the development of affordable multi-family housing for a special needs population; such as, physically and mentally disabled, recovering alcoholics, single parents in secondary education, homeless, and low income elderly. Developments are financed through a combination of low interest loans, grants, Low Income Housing Tax Credit equity, and Historic Tax Credit equity.
